Bread & Bake LLC is committed to providing high-quality artisan baked goods crafted with care.
Because all of our products are made to order and are perishable food items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been baked, delivered, or picked up, except as expressly stated below.
Damaged or Compromised Products
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, we are happy to review the issue.
To qualify for a replacement or store credit:

A clear photo of the issue must be emailed to info@breadandbake.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Once the issue is verified, Bread & Bake LLC may, at its discretion, offer one of the following:

A replacement of the affected product in your next scheduled delivery or pickup, or
-
A store credit to be applied toward a future purchase.

Refund to the same method of payment

Missed Deliveries
If the delivery address provided by the customer is correct and the order is placed at the designated delivery location, the delivery is
considered complete and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer at that time.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for:

Packages left unattended
-
Deliveries affected by weather conditions after drop-off

Incorrect or incomplete delivery instructions provided by the customer
Missed Pickups
Customers must pick up their orders within the assigned pickup window. A 20-minute grace period is provided.
If the customer does not arrive within this window and does not notify us in advance:

The product may be donated or otherwise disposed of for food safety reasons

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued
If a delay is communicated before the pickup window ends, Bread & Bake LLC will evaluate on a case-by-case basis whether additional waiting time can be accommodated.
Subscription Orders
Subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.
Customers may pause, skip, or cancel a subscription after the initial three (3) month commitment. This modification should be made prior to the next scheduled billing date, as outlined in the subscription terms. Once a billing cycle has been processed or a subscription order has entered production, it cannot be refunded.
Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Accurate and complete delivery address

Correct product selection

Accurate subscription details
Bread & Bake LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
Food Safety Notice
To maintain food safety and quality standards, Bread & Bake LLC does not accept returns of baked goods under any circumstance.
