Welcome to Bread & Bake LLC (“Bread & Bake,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms comply with Missouri law and standard U.S. e-commerce practices.

By using this website or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age

• Are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

• Agree to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies referenced herein

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Bread & Bake LLC operates as an artisan baking business offering handcrafted baked goods, subscriptions, and related products. All products are made in small batches and availability may be limited.

All products are handcrafted and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify recipes, ingredients, packaging, or product offerings

• Limit quantities

• Discontinue products at any time without prior notice

Orders are baked fresh and processed according to our weekly production schedule. Cut-off times for pickup and delivery are provided after check out.

Bread & Bake LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Severe weather or road conditions

• Limited delivery access

• Equipment failure

• Other events beyond our reasonable control

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments. Bread & Bake LLC does not store or have access to your full payment information.

By placing an order, you authorize Wix Payments to charge your selected payment method.

Bread Club subscriptions renew automatically according to the frequency selected at checkout.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic recurring charges

• The delivery or pickup schedule selected

• Our Refund & Replacement Policy

Subscriptions may be paused, skipped, or canceled before the next scheduled billing date. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Delivery is available only within approved Bread & Bake delivery zones in Missouri. Eligibility is validated at checkout.

Once an order is delivered to the address provided by the customer, delivery is considered complete, and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Bread & Bake LLC is not liable for:

• Theft or damage after delivery

• Incorrect delivery addresses

• Delays due to weather or traffic conditions

Customers must arrive within their assigned pickup window. A 20-minute grace period is provided.

Orders not collected and without prior communication may be donated or disposed of for food safety reasons.
Missed pickups are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• No refunds or returns are accepted

• Replacements or store credits are offered only for verified quality issues

Customers must submit clear photos and order details to info@breadandbake.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

All Bread & Bake products contain wheat (gluten). Some products may also contain dairy, nuts, seeds, or other allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information prior to purchase. Bread & Bake LLC cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not liable for reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities.

Bread & Bake products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We do not provide medical or nutritional advice. Customers should consult a qualified professional regarding dietary concerns.

For health and safety reasons, baked goods may not be returned under any circumstances.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, branding, and product names—is the property of Bread & Bake LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Bread & Bake LLC shall not be liable for:

• Delivery delays

• Allergic reactions

• Improper storage or misuse of products

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for any claim related to a product is a replacement or store credit as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Bread & Bake LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, equipment failure, labor disruptions, or government actions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
