A three (3) hour, hands-on sourdough experience designed for passionate home bakers who want to move beyond recipes and truly understand their dough. This private workshop focuses on hydration control, fermentation awareness, autolyzis, flour behavior, shaping refinement, and scoring techniques. We explore both short and extended fermentation methods, including a side by side comparison to deepen your understanding of structure and flavor.
You'll participate in a starter lab using different flours, work with high-hydration dough, an shape and artisan loaf to take home.
