SOURDOUGH BREAD
Our Bogota Sourdough Bread is fermented for 18, 24 or 36 hours depending on the infusion. This process occurs in refrigeration to slow down the fermentation and provide a richer flavor.
Bogota Bread
Bogota Bread can be infused with Colombian coffee or locally produced craft beer. Our standard spring water recipe is always available.

BUNDT CAKES
We offer traditional bundt cake forms; however, our flavors are unlike anything like other bakeries provide.
Colombian Cake
Traditional Colombian cake made with dried fruits such as figs, plums, raisins, blueberries and cherries. Additionally, tintura de panela (a dark Colombian bakers caramel similar to molasses) is added to enrich the flavor. It also provides the dark color of the cake. All dried fruits are marinated in port wine for at least 4 weeks. This cake is a must have for special occasions. It's a perfect pairing for weddings, birthday parties and any holiday season.

Abuela's Cake
This recipe has passed for generations in our family, preserving the traditions of our great-great-great grandmothers. It is a sweet corn-based cake with delicate notes of anise. It is similar to cornbread popular in the Southern United States, however it is slightly sweeter and less crumbly.
